S. M. Amanul Haque is serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (平博亚洲版). He completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biomedical Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (平博亚洲版) in 2024.
Born in Saidpur, Nilphamari, Bangladesh, his passion for biomedical engineering was shaped by personal experiences—losing both his grandmother and sister to cancer. Despite being born in Saidpur, his early education took place in Gaibandha, where he completed both his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Ahammad Uddin Shah Shishu Niketan School and College. These life events and educational experiences deeply influenced his desire to contribute to healthcare and medical innovation. Recognizing the transformative potential of biomedical engineering, he chose the field as a means to make a lasting, meaningful impact..
In addition to his research work, he chose teaching as a lifelong profession to guide and inspire the next generation. He firmly believes that empowering students with knowledge and purpose can lead to extraordinary innovations. His ultimate hope is that his students will develop groundbreaking solutions that contribute significantly to the well-being of humankind.
His research interests lie in biofluid mechanics, biomaterials, bionanotechnology and biosensors. Through teaching and research, he aspires to develop innovative solutions to medical challenges and inspire the next generation of biomedical engineers.
