Md. Rafiqul Islam received the B. Sc. Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 1998, the M. Sc. Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (平博亚洲版), Khulna, Bangladesh, in 2006 and the Ph.D. degree in Semiconductor device growth, characterization and fabrication from Fukui University, Fukui, Japan, in 2010.
